A few months ago, I read a book: “I’m OK – You’re OK”, by Thomas Harris. The book is a practical guide to the psychotherapy method of Transactional Analysis, as a method for solving problems in life, by analyzing relationships and social transactions.
It was one of the most precious tools I had in my quest for self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-love. The book helped me reach necessary insights about my childhood and helped me understand how the events and relationships I had at that time manage to influence my behaviour now.
It ultimately helped me realize that everyone is OK.
And, most importantly, I’m OK! 🖤
It makes a huge difference to start anything you do and any social interraction from this standpoint!
